Quy Chau district closes 2021 defense zone exercise

On November 27, the People's Committee of Quy Chau district organized the Closing Ceremony of the 2021 District Defense Area Exercise. Attending the closing ceremony were Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Defense Area Exercise Steering Committee.

After receiving the task, the District Military Command proactively advised the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee to establish the Steering Committee for the District Defense Zone Exercise in 2021. At the same time, it issued a Resolution to lead the task of the Defense Zone Exercise and seriously implemented it. Proactively issued leadership and direction documents, operational documents, the B plan system of the sectors; conference scenarios and training content of the roles, especially the presiding comrades, in accordance with principles and regulations. Invested in building the Exercise Command Center in accordance with regulations. Well prepared forces, vehicles, logistics, weapons and technical equipment in sufficient quantity, quality and facilities to serve the task of the District Defense Zone Exercise. The results of the exercise were highly appreciated by the Provincial Defense Zone Exercise Steering Committee for being implemented as intended, achieving the set goals and requirements, ensuring absolute safety during the exercise.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the defense area exercise in Quy Chau district, Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, said that in order to continue to build and operate the district's defense area more and more firmly, contributing to the successful implementation of the two strategic tasks of building and protecting the fatherland in the new situation, in the coming time, the Party Committee, government and political system of the district need to create strong changes in the awareness, ideology and actions of cadres, party members, people and armed forces in the district.Organize serious implementation of the Prime Minister's Directive“On continuing to direct the building of a comprehensive and strong foundation to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation".
At the same time, it is necessary to maintain a serious and strict cluster meeting regime, promptly direct localities to maintain stability in people's lives, contribute to promoting socio-economic development, consolidate national defense and security, build a grassroots people's position; promptly detect and coordinate to handle situations well right at the grassroots level to prevent hot spots and complications from occurring. Local Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, organizations, and the armed forces must forecast the situation well, especially the Covid-19 epidemic, to proactively develop prevention plans, effectively quarantine citizens returning from epidemic areas; prepare forces and means to respond to situations occurring in the area. The military and police forces must correctly assess the capabilities and capacities of their sectors through drills, draw lessons from experience to provide additional training on the limited and inadequate contents for their forces to meet the requirements of the tasks in the current situation.
