Motorbike thief arrested for selling motorbike on highway because "urgent need of money"

At around 9:30 a.m. on December 19, many people in Khe Choang village, Chau Khe commune, Con Cuong district saw a strange young man with many suspicious signs selling motorbikes. The people reported it to Chau Khe commune police.
After administratively checking the above subject, finding that he had no identification papers, Chau Khe Commune Police invited him to the headquarters for questioning.

Through investigation, the subject's name was Luong Van Ba ​​(born in 1985), residing in Cha Lum village, Yen Tinh commune, Tuong Duong district.

Ba confessed to stealing a red and black RC Sirius YAMAHA motorbike with license plate number 37D1 - 105.83 from Mr. Luong Van Nuoc in Cha Lum village, Yen Tinh commune, Tuong Duong district. Taking advantage of the moment when Mr. Nuoc was not paying attention, Ba stole the motorbike and took it to Khe Choang for sale before being discovered.

Currently, Ba and the motorbike have been handed over by Chau Khe Commune Police, Con Cuong District to Tuong Duong District Police for handling according to the law.

It is known that Ba has a 3-year prison sentence from 2007 to 2009 for illegal possession of drugs and was sent to a drug rehabilitation center twice.
