For not obeying the call to join the army, a young man in Nghe An was fined more than 60 million VND.
The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued Decision No. 28/QD-XPHC to administratively sanction a citizen in Hung Nguyen district for not complying with the military call-up order.
The penalty decision dated March 31 clearly stated that D.HP (born 2006), residing in Hamlet 5, Hung Yen Nam Commune, Hung Nguyen District, did not comply with the call-up order as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 7, Decree No. 120/2013/ND-CP dated October 9, 2013 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the field of national defense and cryptography; amended and supplemented in Clause 9, Article 1, Decree 37/2022/ND-CP dated June 6, 2022 of the Government.
For not complying with the military call-up order, citizen D.HP was administratively fined 62.5 million VND according to regulations, and was forced to perform military service and comply with the military call-up order.
