From here, in the following days, the city continued to have many cases of infection, up to now there have been 127 F0 cases in 08 wards and 04 communes of Vinh city. From August 17 to present, 39 cases have been handled, with a fine of more than 70 million VND for violating Directive 16, 01 case has been handled.giveThe person who "passed through" the epidemic control checkpoint into Vinh CityIn the process of carrying out the task of epidemic prevention, the City Police also encountered some difficulties, that is, when tracing many F1 cases, due to the fear of spending money and cross-infection in quarantine, they made false declarations; protective equipment for officers and soldiers on tracing duty in the quarantine area was not guaranteed, posing many potential risks of infection.

The City Police also proposed that the Provincial Police discuss with the Department of Health to direct the health sector to coordinate with the City Police to trace and isolate related F1s immediately when there are suspected cases of infection (positive rapid test results), without waiting for the PCR test results and announcement from the Department of Health.

Concluding the meeting, Major General Pham The Tung, Director of the Provincial Police Department, commended the efforts of Vinh City Police in effectively implementing measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic from the first outbreak to this outbreak.

However, this outbreak is more complicated, the rate of spread is faster, the incubation period in the community is longer, so the risk of infection is very high, so the responsibility and role of the police force is very large and heavy. The Director requested the city police to concentrate maximum force and time to carry out epidemic prevention work. In the work of ensuring security and order, the provincial police will direct professional departments to support and accompany the city police.

To ensure the safety of officers and soldiers when performing the task of tracing the epidemic, the Director requested that rapid testing be performed once every 3 days. For F1 cases who avoid quarantine, administrative penalties will be strictly imposed, even criminal prosecution when there is sufficient evidence, and at the same time, penalties will be imposed on cases of going out and participating in traffic when not really necessary.
