Leaders of Nghe An province offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and General Secretary Le Hong Phong.

Attending the ceremony, leaders of Nghe An province were: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council and leaders of provincial-level socio-political organizations.

At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and the National Assembly Delegation of the province respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express their gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of our Party and People, Hero of National Liberation, World Cultural Celebrity. Founder and trainer of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

President Ho Chi Minh has passed away, but his image will always live forever in the mountains and rivers of Vietnam. His thoughts will always light the way and show the way for the Vietnamese revolution to go from one victory to another.

President Ho Chi Minh devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, fighting for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people of the world.

In 2024, with many difficulties and challenges, the complicated and unstable world situation affecting the country, but with the spirit of solidarity and high unity in the political system and the joint efforts of the people and business community, Nghe An province has achieved many outstanding results.

The economy maintained a high growth rate of 9.01%, ranking 2nd in the North Central region and 13th nationwide. State budget revenue reached over 25,500 billion VND. Investment attraction reached over 61,000 billion VND, of which FDI attraction reached nearly 1.75 billion USD, ranking 8th out of 63 provinces and cities, and for the third consecutive year in the top 10 nationwide.

Culture and society have made breakthroughs and progress. The quality of key education ranks 4th nationwide, the quality of comprehensive education ranks 12th nationwide. Social security work is of interest. The province has supported the construction and repair of 12,067 houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties, reaching 75% of the demand in the period of 2023-2025.

National defense and security are stable and peaceful; foreign affairs activities are vibrant, achieving many positive results. The provincial police and armed forces receive the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces.

Preparing to celebrate the traditional New Year of the nation, Nghe An province organized the program "Nghia Tinh Dong Lam - Xuan At Ty 2025", which raised more than 147 billion VND, bringing the poor a warm and affectionate Spring.

In 2025, we believe and expect a year with new motivation and new spirit. The Party Committee, Government and people of the whole province continue to have the highest determination to build Nghe An homeland to become increasingly rich and developed as Uncle Ho wished during his lifetime.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and National Assembly Delegation of the province vow to forever study and follow his ideology, morality, and noble style.

At the Memorial Site of General Secretary Le Hong Phong (Hung Nguyen district), the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and National Assembly Delegation of the province respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate General Secretary Le Hong Phong.

Comrade Le Hong Phong (1902 - 1942), former member of the Communist International Executive Committee, former General Secretary of the Indochinese Communist Party - an outstanding leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution, a staunch international communist soldier, an excellent student of leader Ho Chi Minh, a model of revolutionary morality, an outstanding son of his homeland Nghe An.

Forty years old, nearly twenty years of continuous, heroic and enthusiastic activities, comrade Le Hong Phong devoted everything to the glorious revolutionary cause of our Party and nation.

The life, merits and great contributions of comrade Le Hong Phong will forever be a shining example in the revolutionary career of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution, in the memory and boundless respect of every Vietnamese person, making the homeland's tradition shine.

At the sacred moment, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and National Assembly Delegation of the province expressed their gratitude for the great contributions of the General Secretary for the goal of national liberation and reunification.
