Preventing 20 subjects from gathering to race illegally in Thai Hoa town

At around 7:00 p.m. on May 12, a group of about 20 people were discovered gathering, not wearing masks, driving side by side, preparing to zigzag.swing, illegal racing, Thai Hoa Town Police deployed forces to inspect, promptly prevent, and arrest 7 subjects, including 1 subject from Thanh Hoa.

All subjects were minors (under 18 years old) and most had dropped out of school.

Notably, through inspection, most of the motorbikes had their shape and structure changed... for the purpose of easily moving at high speed, facilitating illegal racing activities of the subjects.

Based on the results of working with the subjects and using professional measures, the Town Police summoned 8 other subjects related to the incident and temporarily detained 7 motorbikes to verify and clarify the violations, including: violating regulations on applying anti-epidemic measures (gathering crowds, not wearing masks); driving a 2-wheeled vehicle with 1 wheel; arbitrarily modifying the structure, shape, and size of the vehicle; driving a vehicle without a driver's license; not wearing a helmet when driving a vehicle in traffic...

The case is currently being investigated, clarified and strictly handled by Thai Hoa Town Police according to the provisions of law./.
