Nghe An: 2-month-old baby boy abandoned at night
(Baonghean.vn) - People in Cua Lo town have just discovered a baby boy lying on the side of the road. Luckily, the baby's health is normal.
On October 20, Mr. Hoang Khac Tu - Deputy Director of Cua Lo Town Medical Center said that late on October 19, two residents of Nghi Huong Ward (Cua Lo Town) heard a baby crying while walking. On the roadside, the two people discovered a child wearing clothes, next to a plastic bag containing some child care items such as diapers, weights, clothes, etc.

After reporting to local officials, the child was transferred to Cua Lo Town Medical Center immediately afterward.
“The baby boy weighs 3.4 kg, is in completely normal health, and is about 2 months old. Doctors here have given him milk and carefully monitored his health,” said the Deputy Director of the Center.
On the morning of October 20, some people came here to express their desire to adopt the child. However, according to regulations, the government will notify the relatives of the child, and after the prescribed time, if no relatives claim the child, the government will complete the procedures for the person wishing to adopt the child according to regulations.
