At this time, in the coastal area of the districtDien Chau, gasoline and oil trading activities are stable. The owner of a DKC gasoline and oil store in Dien Ngoc commune said: In the past, the store has still been able to meet the fuel demand for ships going out to sea, selling an average of 700-800 liters/day, the tank currently has 7,000/15,000 liters of oil left, if we run out of oil in about 2 days, we will notify the supplier to import more.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan - a ship owner in Dien Ngoc commune shared: Every time the ship returns to shore, it has to "refill" 4,000 - 5,000 liters of oil to go out to sea. According to PV's records over the past few days, in Dien Chau district, the gasoline and oil situation is still guaranteed and stable, there is no situation of closure or hoarding. Gasoline and oil suppliers all ensure to meet the demand of boats going out to sea to catch aquatic and marine products.
Market Management Team No. 1 coordinated with localities to inspect gasoline and oil trading activities, requiring coastal gasoline and oil stores to have plans to ensure gasoline and oil supply, maintain operations at the stores, and ensure that ships have enough fuel to go to sea without interruption.
The Department of Industry and Trade said: Nghe An currently has 615 stores licensed to retail gasoline and oil, of which there are about 150 coastal gasoline and oil stores, concentrated in districts and towns such as Nghi Loc, Cua Lo town, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau... Up to now, no store has closed due to lack of goods.
However, in recent times, some petrol and oil stores have experienced local business interruptions due to overloaded petrol and oil transportation from traders, leading to short delays in delivery of goods from 4 to 8 hours. Currently, nationwide, due to difficulties in importing, the supply of petrol and oil is limited, with some areas in Nghe An temporarily lacking E5 petrol, while other types of petrol and oil are still fully supplied.
