*DNational Assembly Representativevoter contactin Thanh Chuong and Nam Dan localities. At the meetings, delegate Ho Duc Phoc - State Auditor General answered and clarified the voters' recommendations. Regarding the land auction with an auction company, the State Auditor General affirmed that the land auction is the authority of the District People's Committee and the land auction company only manages. The land auction amount minus the auction costs will be paid into the state budget according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Council.

*UNghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 548/TB-UBND announcing the conclusion of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on the implementation ofmedical quarantine fee. In the announcement, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed relevant departments, branches, localities and units to overcome all difficulties and strictly implement the collection of centralized medical isolation fees according to the direction of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in Document 7713/VP-CP-KTTH dated September 15, 2020 of the Government Office.

*TSince early September, African swine fever hasre-emergence in many districtsin Nghe An. According to the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, as of September 28, in Nghe An, there are 37 communes in 12 districts and cities that have not passed 21 days of the epidemic. Including the following districts: Ky Son 3 communes; Nghi Loc 7 communes; Que Phong 5 communes; Hung Nguyen 8 communes; Vinh City 3 wards and communes; Tuong Duong 3 communes; Anh Son 3 communes; Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau and Con Cuong districts, each district has 1 commune. The total number of pigs destroyed is 1,244.

*Xe is too big, overloaded, and crushedResidential road in Thanh Chuong. According to the reporter of Nghe An Newspaper, in the last days of September, the road running through the center of Thanh Mai commune had a large volume of traffic and was deteriorating. The road is about 7km long and has many potholes, making it difficult for local people to travel.

*TNghe An Provincial People's Court opened a criminal trial, first instance trial of Nguyen Trung Kien (born 1974, residing in Tien Phong village, Thanh Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh).crime of fraud and appropriation of propertyand the crime of forging seals and documents of organizations. The victims in this case who were tricked by Kien into going abroad to work included 6 people residing in Dong Van commune, Que Phong district.
