The Provincial People's Committee has just issued the Notice of Conclusion of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh at the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in March 2025.
Accordingly, on April 3, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee held a regular meeting in March chaired by Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; also attending were representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; members of the Provincial People's Committee; Committees of the Provincial People's Council and representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, sectors and units.

About kResults achieved in the first quarter of 2025:
All levels and sectors have focused on implementing the Resolutions of the Government and the Provincial People's Council on implementing the 2025 plan; establishing Working Groups, developing and directing the 2025 growth scenario according to the assigned targets in Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated February 5, 2025 of the Government.
The first quarter of 2025 economy achieved positive results:
+ The growth rate of total product in the province is estimated to increase by 8.00% (ranked 2nd in the North Central region and 27th in the country; higher than the same period in 2024); of which: the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector increased by 5.02%; the industry and construction sector increased by 11.0%; the service sector increased by 7.02%; product tax minus product subsidy increased by 7.02%.
+ State budget revenue is 6,311 billion VND, reaching 35.6% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council, up 6.6% over the same period in 2024(Domestic revenue realized 5,954 billion VND, revenue from import and export activities realized 293.6 billion VND).
+ Investment attraction: Total newly granted and increased investment capital is 6,719.6 billion VND. Completed procedures and awarded investment policy decision for VSIP Nghe An 3 Industrial Park project.
The fields of culture, society and social security are given attention and direction: well prepare conditions for people to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet; focus on building and repairing houses for people with meritorious services, the poor, and people with housing difficulties.(Up to now, the whole province has built and repaired: 13,527 houses; of which: 10,576 new houses, 2,951 houses repaired).Results of the National Excellent Student Competition for the 2024-2025 school year, Nghe An won 96 prizes (ranked 5th nationwide), including 9 First prizes;…
Urgently and resolutely direct the implementation of the Central Government's policies and regulations on the arrangement of administrative units and streamlining of the political system's apparatus in the province to ensure compliance with requirements and progress.

In the process of implementing the policy of not organizing at the district level and continuing to merge administrative units at the commune level, a number of cadres, civil servants and public employees work half-heartedly, have a low sense of responsibility and poor work attitude, affecting the effectiveness and efficiency of the direction and administration of state agencies.
Regarding key tasks and solutions for April and the second quarter of 2025:
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of all levels, sectors, agencies and units to enhance their responsibility, focus on directing drastically, proactively review assigned tasks in 2025 and unexpected tasks; review and evaluate achieved results, contents and uncompleted tasks associated with the public service responsibilities of each collective and individual.
Proactively develop a detailed project to not organize at the district level, arrange and reorganize commune administrative units according to the direction and guidance of the Central Government;
Urge and promote disbursement of public investment capital, implementation of 3 National Target Programs and budget revenue and expenditure;
Focus on implementing key and important projects in the area;
Continue to strongly improve the investment and business environment; increase investment attraction, support businesses and investors;
Focus on directing cultural and social fields;
Promote administrative reform and digital transformation; proactively grasp and remove difficulties and obstacles of people and businesses; urge the implementation of tasks of Project 06/CP; rectify compliance with discipline and order, improve work efficiency at agencies and units in the province;
Ensure national defense, security, social order and safety; focus on effectively resolving feedback, recommendations, complaints and denunciations from people and businesses, and prevent large gatherings that affect political security, social order and safety.

Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating Regulations on the mechanism for monitoring, evaluating, and testing quality and regulations for inspection and acceptance of public products and services in the field of land management in Nghe An province;
Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council stipulates a number of policies to support the development of cooperative groups, cooperatives, and cooperative unions in Nghe An province;
Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the policy of converting forest use to other purposes to implement investment projects in Nghe An province;
