(Baonghean.vn) - Con Cuong district police have just searched for and brought back home two female students of the Dan Lai ethnic group from Lam Dong province after many days of being absent.
Morning of October 7,Lieutenant Colonel Dau Anh Thang - Deputy Head of Con Cuong District Police said that the unit had just handed over two children, La Thi Ngh. and Le Thi M. (residing in Co Phat village, Mon Son commune) to their families after many days of missing.

Previously, both Ngh. and M. (both born in 2004) were students in class 9A2, Mon Son Secondary School, as boarding students. On August 31, 2017, Ngh. and M. suddenly dropped out of school and no one knew where they went. They did not return home, and their families and the school could not contact them.
Receiving information from the school, the People's Committee of Mon Son Commune and the Con Cuong District Police organized a search for the two students. After gathering a lot of information, classmates said that they had seen Ngh. and M. hanging out and interacting with two strange young men many times. The police agency verified that the two young men were La Van Hung and Kha Van Chai (born in 1996, residing in Moi village, Luc Da commune, Con Cuong district).
After more than a month of investigation and coordination with relevant agencies, Con Cuong District Police discovered the whereabouts of the two children. Le Thi M was working as an employee at a coffee shop in Ka Do Commune, Don Duong District, while La Thi Ngh was working at a nursery in N'Thol Ha Commune, Duc Trong District, Lam Dong Province.

Con Cuong District Police went directly to Lam Dong Province to bring the two children back to their hometown in stable health condition, without any injuries or abuse. The two children have now been handed over to their families and are being supported to return to school.
Regarding the two young men Hung and Chai, the police are continuing to verify and clarify their actions to have a direction for handling them in accordance with regulations. /.
