Hai, residing in residential group 7, Ha Huy Tap ward, Ha Tinh city, was arrested at 6:00 p.m. today, when he got off the bus in Hung Nguyen town, Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province, about 70 km from the crime scene.

At 1 p.m. on September 28, residents of Ha Huy Tap ward, Ha Tinh city heard a cry for help from the house of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Van, 71 years old, in residential group 4. Hai is the ex-husband of Ms. Bui Thi Dung (Mrs. Van's youngest daughter). They are divorced and have one child together.
