On the morning of March 30, the Traffic Police Team (Yen Thanh District Police) organized a ceremony to return a motorbike to Mr. Ngo Viet Khanh in Hamlet 7, Nghia Trung Commune, Nghia Dan District. Mr. Khanh said: “The motorbike was stolen in June 2018 when it was parked in front of my house. I filed a report with the local police but had no hope of finding it. Previously, through patrolling and controlling, the Traffic Police Team (Yen Thanh District Police) discovered and temporarily detained an EXCITER motorbike because the driver violated traffic safety order.
Through checking the frame and engine numbers, Yen Thanh District Police had grounds to verify that the owner of this motorbike was Mr. Ngo Viet Khanh and returned the property to the person who had stolen it./.
