(Baonghean.vn) - Thanh Chuong district has just announced a hotline to receive information from citizens about difficulties and problems when carrying out procedures for granting Land Use Right Certificates. Previously, Quy Hop, Con Cuong, Quy Chau districts... also carried out this work.
Notice No. 53/TB-UBND dated March 2, 2023 ofThanh Chuong District People's CommitteeState the purpose of publicizing the Hotline:“To ensure that the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates to people in Thanh Chuong district is increasingly transparent, effective, and in compliance with legal regulations; citizens exercise their right to reflect and make recommendations on difficulties and problems in the process of implementing procedures for issuing Land Use Right Certificates.”

The hotline number and responsible person of Thanh Chuong district will receive citizens' feedback information, including:Le Dinh Thanh - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, phone number 0987.167676; Trinh Van Bang - Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, phone number 0915.177758; Tran Thanh Nga - Chief of Office of the District People's Council - People's Committee, Head of the Department of Receiving and Returning Results of the District People's Committee, phone number 0983.932190; Nguyen Quang Huy - Director of the District Land Registration Office Branch, phone number 0916.977758.
Previously, Quy Hop district (February 16, 2023), Quy Chau district (February 23, 2023), Con Cuong district (February 28, 2023)... also announced the hotline phone number and the person responsible for receiving information from citizens reflecting and making recommendations on difficulties and problems in the process of carrying out procedures for granting Land Use Right Certificates.

According to Mr. Quan Vi Giang - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Hop district, the public announcement of the hotline number is not only to receive information related to the difficulties and problems of citizens when carrying out the procedures for registering for the first issuance of Land Use Right Certificates, or issuing and exchanging Land Use Right Certificates; but also to receive information reflecting substandard behaviors, showing signs of violating public ethics of relevant officials in issuing Land Use Right Certificates.
“Recently, Quy Hop district has implemented many solutions to try to complete the work of granting the first Land Use Right Certificate to the people. Publicizing the hotline number is one of the solutions towards completing this goal. But at the same time, the district will receive information reflecting on substandard behavior, showing signs of violating public ethics of relevant officials to promptly inspect and rectify…” - Vice Chairman of Quy Hop district People's Committee, Mr. Quan Vi Giang discussed.
