15 people found 'high' at Viktor bar in Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - At Viktor bar (in Truong Thi ward, Vinh city, Nghe An), authorities discovered nearly 100 people gathering to drink alcohol, beer, and play music at high volume, some of whom were suspected of illegally using drugs.

At the scene, the police discovered and seized under the floor a plastic bag containing marijuana, a package of crystal meth, a pink pill, a N20 gas cylinder used to pump into "laughing balloons", and 3 barrels of foreign wine of unknown origin. Initially, the rapid test results showed that 15 subjects tested positive fordrugincluding 8 men and 7 women.
