Young man found positive for drugs

At 4:15 p.m. on September 21, at Km18+500 National Highway 46 in Block 9, Hung Nguyen Town, the Traffic Police Team of Hung Nguyen District Police discovered a young man driving a motorbike with license plate 37M1-89851 acting abnormally, so they signaled him to stop for inspection.
The driver was identified as LVĐ (born in 1997), residing in Nam Anh commune, Nam Dan district. The Traffic Police Team has drawn up an administrative violation report against LVĐ for the violations of driving a motorbike under the influence of drugs, not having a driving license, not having a vehicle registration certificate; temporarily impounding the vehicle according to the provisions of law. At the same time, the entire case file has been transferred to the Investigation Police Team of HS-KT-MT for further investigation.
