On the morning of April 26, people discoveredcorpsewrapped in a blanket and thrown on the side of the 72m road adjacent to Bui Duong Lich street, in Quan Bau ward, Vinh city.

Initial information shows that,victimis male, about 1m80 tall, wearing jeans, t-shirt and a gold necklace around his neck.
After receiving the report, the police force approached the scene to investigate the incident.
