On the afternoon of November 17, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and congratulated the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front - the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Acknowledging the innovations in the organization, content, and exciting activities of the National Great Unity Day taking place in localities, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong assessed that the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has actively operated and strengthened the great unity bloc. The National Great Unity Day has become a cultural feature of great significance.

Praising and appreciating the role of the Fatherland Front at all levels in recent times, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong said that the Front organization has become an active leader, recognized by Party committees at all levels and the people. Movement activities have many innovations in both quality and quantity. The image of the Front cadres is increasingly clear, attached to the people and for the people.

In the coming time, the provincial leaders hope that the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations will continue to promote their role in supervision and criticism; mobilize external resources and promote internal resources to mobilize people to participate in socio-economic activities, contributing to the successful implementation of the set socio-economic development goals.

Thanking the attention and encouragement of the provincial leaders and representatives of provincial departments, branches and organizations, comrade Le Van Ngoc - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee affirmed that the Provincial Fatherland Front always correctly identifies its position and role in the political system, worthy of being a solid bridge between the Party, the government and the people.

Briefly announcing the National Great Unity Day, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee said that the budget for organizing the series of activities was up to 16 billion VND. Of which, 700 Great Unity houses were donated; about 600-700 gifts were given to create livelihoods for the people; about 6,400 households received gifts, including poor households and exemplary families.

In the coming time, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will organize activities closely following the proposed key contents, especially focusing on implementing the community self-management model and digital transformation.
