Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong joins in the Great Solidarity Festival in Do Luong

On the afternoon of November 14, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong came and celebrated the National Great Unity Day with the people of Hamlet 3, Thuan Son Commune, Do Luong District.

Hamlet 3, Thuan Son commune is a purely agricultural hamlet, with 147 households, 592 people, and the hamlet party cell has 28 party members. People here mainly engage in agricultural production and animal husbandry.

Identifying the important role in propagating socio-economic development to the people, the Hamlet Front Working Committee regularly grasps the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people; propagates typical examples, as well as good practices, effective models for people to learn. In the new rural construction movement, the Hamlet Front Working Committee has mobilized people to participate in building a 500m long flower road; built 4 concrete roads 675m long, worth more than 330 million VND.

Sharing the joy with the people, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong expressed his joy when witnessing the joyful festival atmosphere in Hamlet 3; affirming that this traditional activity has sent a message of solidarity widely among all classes of people and ethnic communities.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the spirit of national solidarity is a great traditional cultural value. Solidarity has become a way to overcome all challenges and difficulties, and at the same time is the foundation for strong development. Therefore, solidarity is the top goal that must always be achieved in all contexts.

"Great solidarity must be built from the village, in each family, each inter-family group, solidarity in everything, mutual love, helping each other to develop the economy" - comrade Nguyen Van Thong sent a message.

In particular, in building new rural areas, people need to unite to promote practical and specific models. In addition, promote the tradition of drinking water and remembering its source, village and neighborhood affection, consolidate and tighten solidarity between cadres, party members and people.

On this occasion, on behalf of the provincial leaders, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented the painting "Uncle Ho and Uncle Ton" to hamlet 3, and 15 gifts to 15 households in Thuan Son commune.

Also on this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong presented a Great Solidarity house worth 40 million VND to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu in Hamlet 5, Thuan Son Commune.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong highly appreciated the attention of the Fatherland Front at all levels and the care of the people of Hamlet 5 for Ms. Kieu's family; praised the warmth in the village and neighborhood relationship; and at the same time hoped that people would continue to promote the spirit of mutual love and support, helping households in especially difficult circumstances.
