Blockade 1 village and urgently trace F1 at night in Hoang Mai town
(Baonghean.vn) - Nearly 2 months after detecting a positive case of SARS-CoV-2 in the area, on the evening of June 24, Hoang Mai town discovered 2 positive cases related to Vinh wholesale market.
Immediately, the entire village 1 where the patient lived was locked down, and authorities urgently traced and took samples that night.

According to the CDC announcement, the two cases are LTT, female, born in 1988, address in village 1, Quynh Vinh commune, Hoang Mai town, selling vegetables at Vinh market. Patient LTT had contact with patient HTL who was announced earlier. On June 24, patient LTT was tested rapidly with positive results twice, then sent a sample to CDC Nghe An to confirm positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
The second case is NVHP, male, born in 2013, address Quynh Vinh commune, Hoang Mai town. Patient NVHP is the son of patient LTT. On June 24, patient NVHP was tested rapidly and had 2 positive results, then the sample was sent to Nghe An CDC to confirm positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

That same night, the town's epidemic prevention and control steering committee held an urgent meeting and issued an urgent notice to find people who had been to the following locations: Quynh Van wholesale market from 11:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. from June 2 to June 18, 2021; Agribank Hoang Mai branch near La Man bridge; Hoang Mai post office from about 8:25 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on June 23, 2021; Dien may xanh Hoang Mai from about 8:25 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on June 23, 2021; Gas station next to Quynh Lap Central Dermatology and Leprosy Hospital from 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. on June 23, 2021; Tan Hoa Quynh Vinh market from about 7:00 a.m. to and 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on June 22, 2021.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Doan - Vice Chairman of Quynh Vinh Commune People's Committee said: Currently, Village 1 has 355 households with 1,500 people, rapid test samples have been taken for 1,200 people, the remaining will be tested today. The authorities have also disinfected the Cultural House, Medical Station, and Kindergarten to quarantine F1 cases. Currently, 56 F1 cases and 197 F2 cases have been identified.
Hoang Mai town has dozens of small traders who regularly trade vegetables, tubers, and fruits at Vinh wholesale market and some other market areas in Vinh. Given the complicated developments of the epidemic, all of these cases have been sampled and quarantined to control the epidemic.
