Launching the program 'Winter Volunteer 2022' and 'Spring Volunteer 2023'
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 21, the Central Business Bloc Youth Union and Nghe An Provincial Youth Union jointly organized the launching ceremony of the Winter Volunteer Program 2022 and Spring Volunteer Program 2023 in Thanh Son Commune, Anh Son District.
Attending the launching ceremony, on the Central side, there were comrades Vu Tri Thang - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc; Hoang Thi Minh Thu - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, Member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Central Enterprises Bloc.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Luong - Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Enterprises Bloc; Standing Committee, Youth Union of Central Enterprises Bloc, Leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Committee of Anh Son district.

2022 is the year when young people across the country compete to organize activities to achieve achievements to welcome the Youth Union Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Youth Union Congress, term 2022 - 2027, and is also the year when youth union work and youth movements begin to return to normal after 2 years of the pandemic.
Promoting the tradition of generations of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, with the spirit of "Wherever there is a need, there is youth, wherever there is difficulty, there is youth", the youth of the Central Business Bloc and Nghe An Provincial Youth Union have had many initiatives and efforts in implementing the proposed annual work program and achieved encouraging results.

Speaking at the program, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu highly appreciated the achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement. Especially the coordination activities, mobilizing resources to build youth projects, social security activities for disadvantaged people in Nghe An province.
It is known that in 2022, the Central Business Bloc Youth Union had many activities in coordination with the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union to implement many meaningful youth projects. That further demonstrated the spirit of solidarity and close coordination between the two units.

The program "Winter Volunteer 2022 and Spring Volunteer 2023" is a year when the youth of the two units have many rich and creative coordinated contents, quickly adapting to new situations and tasks such as: implementing youth projects associated with the task of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; organizing activitiescommunity volunteering, provide free medical examination and medicine to people in remote areas; support teaching equipment for disadvantaged schools in Nghe An province.
The activities have affirmed the practicality of youth actions; at the same time, contributing to meeting the requirements of socio-economic development tasks, maintaining political stability, and strengthening local defense and security.

In the coming time, the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people of Nghe An province will continue to focus on implementing the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress to build Nghe An into a fairly developed province in the Northern region and the whole country.
To carry out these important political tasks, the responsibility of each young person is extremely glorious, honorable and also full of challenges. That is an opportunity for the youth of the province to express themselves, promote their pioneering role, and continue to contribute to the cause of building Nghe An to develop rapidly and sustainably.

In the coming time, to promote the achievements, comrade Hoang Thi Minh Thu - Member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee, Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, Secretary of the Central Business Bloc Youth Union hopes that the Youth Union chapters of the two units need to continue to implement well the contents and targets set out in the Winter Volunteer Program and Spring Volunteer Program with the motto: Effective, practical, specific and safe.
Activities must originate from the practical requirements and tasks of the locality and unit, be action-oriented, creative, and economical, create consensus among society, people, and youth, arouse creativity and the spirit of volunteerism of union members and youth; at the same time create a vivid practical environment for union members, association members, and youth to practice, contribute, and mature; strengthen solidarity and gather youth; consolidate and improve the quality of the Union - Association organization; affirm the position and role of the Union - Association organization in the youth and the whole society.

In order to share the difficulties of households and students in difficult circumstances, and overcome the aftermath of storms and floods, on this occasion, the Central Business Bloc Youth Union presented funds to support people in the Central provinces affected by storms and floods with a total value of 193,365,000 VND to Nghe An Provincial Youth Union. This is the amount of money that the Standing Committee of the Youth Union launched to support at the 4th Congress of Delegates of the Central Business Bloc Youth Union, term 2022 - 2027, which took place on October 14, 2022.
Also this morning, the Central Business Bloc Delegation presented 10 gifts to 10 students and 20 gifts to people and households in difficult circumstances in Anh Son district.
In order to support schools in Anh Son district to overcome difficulties after storms and floods, on this occasion, the Central Business Bloc Delegation supported learning facilities at Thanh Son Kindergarten, Thanh Son commune, Anh Son district.

On this occasion, the Youth Unions under the Central Business Bloc supported the construction of a playground in O O Gia Hop village, Tuong Son commune (Anh Son); 50 gifts worth 50 million VND in total for people and students in difficult circumstances in Nghe An province; and presented teaching and learning equipment to Nghi An Kindergarten and Primary School, Nghi An commune (Vinh city)./.
