At the above time, a 21-year-old man named Quyet (residing in hamlet 3b, Quynh Loc commune, Hoang Mai town) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37L1-616.95 from Nghia Dan district to Hoang Mai town. When he was about 2 km from National Highway 1A, he collided with a 4-seat car with license plate 37A-194.61 traveling in the opposite direction.

The strong collision caused Mr. Quyet to die on the spot, the motorbike was severely damaged, and the car crashed into the hillside, flipping all four wheels into the air, the driver was slightly injured.
