Hieu Market (Thai Hoa town) was built before 1980. Currently, the market has over 600 households doing business, trading in difficult, cramped conditions, with a high risk of fire. Faced with this situation, the Provincial People's Committee recently agreed in principle to allow Thai Hoa town to invest in building the Hieu Market complex project at the old Hieu Market location.

Accordingly, the new market is built on a total land area of ​​8,900m2.² with a total investment of 110 billion VND.Of which, the main communal house construction area is 4,076 m², traditional market (green market) 1,302 m²; kiosk is 502m²The remaining land area is used for construction of roads, pumping stations, water tanks, toilets, waste collection areas, tree planting, etc.
