Vinh City is about to enforce land clearance on Vinh - Cua Lo road through Nghi Phu

Vinh - Cua Lo Road(Phase 1) The section passing through Vinh City is 3.4km long, of which 1.1km passes through Nghi Phu Commune and 2.3km through Nghi Duc Commune. To serve the land clearance for the Vinh - Cua Lo road project, Vinh City is also implementing construction projects.resettlement area(TDC) Xuan Dong hamlet, Nghi Duc commune; resettlement area hamlet 5 and hamlet 21, Nghi Phu commune.

According to the city report,The section through Nghi Duc commune, the residential land still has 2 households in the 9m strip but the households have received money and handed over the land. Nghi Duc commune has basically completed the land clearance work on the 9m strip on both sides of the road, 126 households have given up their houses for the project and opened the road. Observing at the scene, most of the families have demolished their houses by handing over the land and moved to a new, clean and beautiful resettlement area.

The 9m strip through Nghi Phu commune, which was liberated later, still has many problems. For non-resettlement areas, there are 2 households that have been agreed by the Provincial People's Committee to be allocated a plot of land with land use fees, but these households do not agree. The Enforcement Board has approved the enforcement plan, expected to be enforced before November 30, 2020.

For households that must be resettled, there are 17 households subject to resettlement that have not yet handed over the 9m strip on both sides of the road. Of these, 9 households have agreed to hand over the land. There are 3 households that do not agree and have had a decision to enforce land recovery - the Enforcement Plan has been approved, and is expected to be enforced before November 30, 2020.

In addition, 5 households are completing procedures to submit.land acquisitionSo far, there are 8 households in Vinh city that have not agreed and the city has a plan to protect construction before November 30, 2020 (9m strip).

In addition, there are 7 cases where the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to allocate 01 land plot with land use fee collection outside the resettlement area (TDC), the City People's Committee planned at the resettlement area of ​​hamlet 5, Nghi Phu commune, however, the households did not agree and requested to allocate at the resettlement area.

This is a key project and the site clearance work has been extended beyond the prescribed time. On the route through other localities, the 9m strip on both sides has been completed, creating favorable conditions for travel.

Faced with the slow progress of site clearance, comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee, directed at many meetings that it is necessary to speed up the site clearance progress and after conducting propaganda and mobilization, if households do not agree, it is necessary to protect the construction.

Vinh - Cua Lo road has a total length of 10.83km, including Vinh city (3.4km), Nghi Loc district (4.83km) and Cua Lo town (2.6km). The starting point at km0+00 intersects with Truong Van Linh street, Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city; the end point at km10+830 intersects with Binh Minh street, Cua Lo town. The total investment of the project is 1,411 billion VND; of which the government bond source is 1,100 billion VND and the local budget is 311 billion VND. The road is under construction with a 9m strip on both sides. The roadway is 90m wide.
