Cua Lo town allows restaurants, coffee shops, hair salons... to reopen from July 8

July 8, People's CommitteeCua Lo Townhas issued urgent Document No. 1013/UBND-BCĐ on the implementation of Notice No. 372/TB-BCĐ dated July 6, 2021 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town requested the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of wards and communes to implement the following contents:

1.Continue to conduct investigation and tracing work in the area for subjects related to sources of infection (F0) with a more drastic spirit, focusing on high concentration to ensure accurate and thorough screening with the motto of wide isolation and narrow blockade. Direct community Covid-19 teams to conduct increasingly better and thorough tracing.

2.Allow some business activities that have been temporarily suspended according to Official Dispatch No. 801/UBND-YT dated June 7, 2021 of the Town People's Committee to beback in actionincluding: hair cutting and shampooing services, beauty salons, restaurants, coffee shops.

- The reopening time starts from July 8, 2021. Business establishments must ensure that Covid-19 prevention and control measures are in accordance with regulations and implement the "5K" of the Ministry of Health (especially must seriously and fully implement medical declaration).

3.Strengthen propaganda, inspection and supervision of business establishments, service establishments, markets and supermarkets in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic. Strictly handle establishments that do not comply with regulations. In any locality where violations in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic occur, the ward leaders must take full responsibility before the Town People's Committee.

4.Allowing non-public specialist clinics in the town to resume operations. Starting from 6:00 a.m. on July 8, 2021. Requiring non-public specialist clinics to operate must meet the conditions as directed in Official Dispatch No. 2866/SYT-NV dated July 7, 2021.

Cua Lo Town directed the Town Police and the Urban Order Management Team to strengthen work.check and punishbusiness establishments and cases of non-compliance with epidemic prevention and control measures./.
