Recently, on social media, a video clip appeared extracted from a security camera of a house on the side of the road, believed to be in Thanh Chuong district, recording the scene on the afternoon of June 27, a teenager coming out of an alley, while crossing the street without looking, almost collided with a tractor-trailer, luckily the driver braked in time.
