II. STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

1. Conditions and standards for registration:

Be a Vietnamese citizen aged 18 or older, with a diploma, training certificate, or professional certificate appropriate to the position being recruited. Have a clear background and be healthy enough to undertake the job. Meet other conditions as required by the job position but not contrary to the provisions of law.

2. The following cases are not allowed to register:

a) Loss or limitation of civil capacity;

b) Being under criminal prosecution, serving a criminal sentence or decision of the court, being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.

3. Priority subjects:

a) Armed Forces Heroes, Labor Heroes, war invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B: 7.5 points will be added to the results of round 2;

b) Ethnic minorities, military officers, police officers, demobilized professional soldiers, people working in secretarial work who have changed careers, graduates of reserve officer training, graduates of training for commanders of commune-level military commands in the basic military sector who have been awarded the rank of reserve officer and have registered for the reserve officer category, children of martyrs, children of wounded soldiers, children of sick soldiers, children of people enjoying policies like wounded soldiers, children of type B wounded soldiers, biological children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, children of Heroes of the Armed Forces, children of Heroes of Labor: 5 points will be added to the results of round 2;

c) People who have completed military service, public security service, or youth volunteer team members: 2.5 points will be added to the round 2 score.

d) Trade union officials who grew up at the grassroots level and in the workers' movement: 1.5 points will be added to the results of round 2;

In case an applicant belongs to more than one priority category as specified above, only the highest priority point will be added to the round 2 score results.

III. RECRUITMENT CONTENT AND FORM

Recruitment of civil servants is carried out by examination, including 2 rounds:

1. Round 1:

- Check the conditions and standards of candidates registered in the Application Form according to the job position requirements;

- Test IT and foreign language skills of candidates without IT or foreign language certificates.

2. Round 2:

The selection is conducted in the form of an interview. Interview content: testing knowledge and professional skills of candidates according to the job position. Interview time is 30 minutes (candidates have no more than 15 minutes to prepare, not included in the exam time). Interview score scale: 100 points.

2. Receiving job transfers:

Those who are civil servants or public employees in state agencies will be transferred.

- Application for employment;

- Official letter of approval for transfer from the current working agency or unit;

- Copy of Decision on recruitment of civil servants, decision on appointment to civil servant position;

- CV according to current regulations, confirmed by the agency or unit where you are working, made within 30 days before the date of application submission;

- Copies of diplomas and certificates as required for the job position to be transferred;

- Copy of the most recent salary increase decision;

- Copy of social insurance book, copy of birth certificate;

- Health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 30 days prior to the date of application submission;

- Self-assessment and evaluation of political qualities, moral qualities, professional qualifications and competence, and work process, confirmed by the head of the agency or unit where you are working.

V. TIME AND PLACE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

1. Application submission time:

September 23, 2024 to October 22, 2024.

2. Place to receive documents:

VI. ADMISSION FEE

Temporary collection: VND 400,000/file (according to Circular No. 92/2021/TT-BTC dated October 28, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance regulating the collection level, collection regime, management and use of fees for recruitment, examination for promotion and rank promotion of civil servants and public employees).
