The Prime Minister inaugurates the National Legal Portal.

The National Legal Portal will be an information channel providing a comprehensive overview of the legal system, introducing new legal documents; receiving and processing feedback and suggestions from citizens and businesses; applying artificial intelligence (AI) to support and answer legal questions; soliciting opinions from citizens and businesses on draft legal documents; providing legal support for businesses; providing legal assistance, etc.

On the morning of May 31st, at the Government headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a seminar with businesses and business associations on Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo on the development of the private economy.

Attending the seminar at the Government headquarters were the Deputy Prime Ministers, leaders of ministries and agencies; members of the Policy Advisory Council; and businesses, organizations, and business associations.

At the Nghe An provincial venue, Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - presided over the meeting. Attending the seminar were leaders of various departments and agencies; representatives of businesses, business associations, business households, and cooperatives in the province.

Prior to the seminar, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Deputy Prime Ministers, along with leaders of ministries and agencies, pressed the button to officially launch the National Legal Portal, accompanying citizens and businesses into a new era.

National Law Portal (access address:phapluat.gov.vn) will be an information channel providing a comprehensive overview of the legal framework, introducing new legal documents, and serving as an online "legal handbook".

Integrating core functionalities onto a single platform will create a comprehensive, user-friendly, and efficient legal ecosystem, better meeting the needs of citizens and businesses in the digital age.

Shifting from a passive approach of waiting for citizens and businesses to bring their documents to a proactive approach; promoting the development of the digital economy, building a digital government, digital citizens, and a digital society. Implementing the four resolutions of the Politburo contributes to reducing compliance costs, time, and effort, creating much more favorable conditions for citizens and businesses.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated: We expect this to be an official destination, a reliable address, a smart interactive bridge, and an indispensable companion. This is a great effort by the Government, a step in implementing and concretizing the Party's guidelines and policies, under the leadership of the Party, directly and regularly by the Politburo, headed by General Secretary To Lam.

The Prime Minister stated that we build and protect the Fatherland based on three main pillars: building a socialist rule of law state of the people, by the people, and for the people; developing a socialist-oriented market economy; and building a socialist democracy.

With the overarching principle of not sacrificing progress, equity, social welfare, and the environment for the sake of mere economic growth, we are simultaneously implementing tasks related to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, foreign relations and integration, and cultural development…

In the coming period, in order for the National Law Portal to operate smoothly and effectively, achieving the set goals and requirements, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Justice to continue coordinating with relevant ministries and agencies to improve the features and create more information fields for the National Law Portal.

Regularly review, supplement, and update information to enrich the data. Ensure the application operates smoothly and securely, with a smart and user-friendly interface, accurate, complete, clean, and up-to-date data, and timely and precise information.

To ensure that the National Legal Portal truly becomes "a useful tool for everyone," the Prime Minister requests all officials and employees in the political system and calls on the business community and every citizen to actively participate in, learn about, explore, and utilize the benefits that the Portal offers.

Simultaneously, research and update the English language on the National Legal Portal and develop a system and criteria for measuring and evaluating the portal's performance, such as the number of requests from citizens and businesses resolved each month.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the Government will always listen and provide close guidance to ensure that the National Legal Portal is continuously improved and upgraded, truly becoming a symbol of a dynamic and modern judicial sector, serving the nation and the people.
