On the morning of May 31, at the Government headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a discussion with businesses and business associations on Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo on private economic development.
Attending the discussion at the Government headquarters were Deputy Prime Ministers, leaders of departments, ministries and branches; members of the Policy Advisory Council; businesses, organizations and business associations.
At Nghe An province, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the discussion. Attending the discussion were leaders of departments, branches, and sectors; representatives of enterprises, business associations, business households, and cooperatives in the province.

Before the discussion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Deputy Prime Ministers, leaders of ministries and branches pressed the button to launch the National Legal Portal, accompanying people and businesses into a new era.
National Law Portal (access address is:phapluat.gov.vn) will be a basic information channel providing a complete system of legal documents, introducing new legal documents, and an online "legal handbook".

Integrating core functions on the same platform will create a comprehensive, friendly and efficient legal ecosystem, increasingly meeting the needs of people and businesses in the digital age.

Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that institutions are one of the three strategic breakthroughs, a breakthrough of breakthroughs, a driving force and resource for development, but also a bottleneck of bottlenecks, not only for people and businesses but also for state agencies. Therefore, it is necessary to have openness, transparency and contributions from people and businesses in building and perfecting institutions.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated: We expect this to be an official destination, a reliable address, a smart interactive bridge and an indispensable companion. This is a great effort of the Government, a step to implement and concretize the Party's guidelines and policies, under the leadership of the Party, directly and regularly by the Politburo, headed by General Secretary To Lam.

The Prime Minister said that we build and protect the Fatherland based on three main pillars: Building a socialist rule-of-law state of the people, by the people, for the people; developing a socialist-oriented market economy; and building socialist democracy.
With the consistent viewpoint of not sacrificing progress, fairness, social security and the environment to pursue pure economic growth; we are synchronously implementing tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, foreign affairs and integration, cultural development, etc.

In the coming time, in order for the National Legal Portal to operate smoothly and effectively, achieving its set goals and requirements, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Justice to continue to coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to perfect the features and create more information fields of the National Legal Portal.
Review, supplement, update information regularly, enrich data. Ensure the application operates smoothly, safely, has a smart, friendly interface, "correct, sufficient, clean, live" data, and fast, accurate information.

In order for the National Law Portal to truly become "a useful tool for everyone, every household", the Prime Minister requested all cadres, civil servants and public employees in the political system and called on the business community and every citizen to actively participate, learn, exploit and use the utilities that the Portal brings.
At the same time, research and update the English language on the National Law Portal and build a system and criteria to measure and evaluate the Portal's performance, such as how many requests from people and businesses are resolved each month.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the Government will always listen and closely direct so that the National Law Portal can be continuously improved and upgraded, truly becoming a symbol of a dynamic and modern judiciary, serving the Fatherland and the People.
