Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son further emphasized that the education system is currently being reformed from general education to university education. The capacity of workers must be formed from the early years of general education and cannot wait until university. Once entering university, it is necessary to enhance vocational knowledge and other professional capacities.
For students, in addition to basic skills, they also need to be equipped with soft skills, information technology skills, foreign languages and many other skills. In order for workers to adapt, universities, depending on different training fields, have come up with solutions to best support students according to their needs in the near future.

Answering the question of Nguyen Nguyet Anh - a student of Vinh University about solutions to handle bad and toxic information on cyberspace, Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung said that to clean up the cyber environment, we must deal with "garbage". First of all, we must deal with the people who litter "garbage". Currently, there are decrees to handle administrative sanctions for these violations, higher than criminal sanctions.
Besides, cyberspace is healthy when the rate of bad and toxic news is low. If we can bring more good news in life to cyberspace, the rate of bad news will decrease. This is the job of all of us, including young people who are “digital citizens” from birth.
