At the meeting, the management board of wholesale markets and Vinh market pointed out some difficulties in tightening management measures for vehicles returning goods, such as: returning vehicles do not enter the market to unload goods, but stop and park along the roads around the market to avoid health control requirements. People come to pick up goods in large numbers for a few hours at 2 or 3 am, so the market management board has difficulty controlling the number of people entering and leaving the market.

In this situation, the Vinh City People's Committee requested the Market Management Board to closely monitor the information and schedules of drivers and owners coming to trade at the wholesale market and Vinh market. For wholesale markets, PCR testing must be conducted once a week in groups for all traders. All drivers and traders who come to trade at the market must also present a PCR test certificate, not rapid test papers.

At the same time, it is necessary to record the phone number and residence of traders who come to receive goods at the wholesale market, Vinh market and take them to other small markets in the city and districts for trading to easily trace if an epidemic occurs.
