Searching for a mysterious missing woman
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 10, Mr. Phan Van Binh, Chief of Quang Thanh Commune Police, Yen Thanh District, said: The commune police are coordinating with relatives to search for a mentally disabled woman who has been missing since June 8.
According to the family's report: Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong (born 1998, residing in Trung Nam hamlet, Quang Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) has been missing since June 8 and there has been no news of her.

Mr. Nguyen Van Van (born 1972), Ms. Phuong's father, said: at about 8:30 p.m. on June 8, many people saw Ms. Phuong and a strange woman getting on a bus running from Nghe An to My Dinh. After getting off the bus in Hanoi, Ms. Phuong was taken away by a stranger on a motorbike and has been missing ever since.
TAccording to the victim's family, Ms. Phuong is mentally disabled and is currently in the process of applying for social security benefits.
