Through analysis and assessment of the epidemic situation, Nghe An Department of Health and the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghe An province have agreed and proposed the most fundamental solutions to control and suppress the epidemic as soon as possible. That is: The Health sector and Vinh City focus on investigating and tracing in a drastic and timely manner, not leaving out F1.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Center for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, Director of Nghe An Department of Health: Vinh City quickly calculated the epidemic level for wards/communes, blocks/hamlets according to Decision No. 4800/QD-BYT of the Ministry of Health with the motto "wide isolation, narrow blockade" to propose appropriate blockade and population management measures as well as increase density and expand testing subjects and areas.

On October 19, the Nghe An Health sector mobilized 50 medical staff to reinforce Vinh City to expand F0 isolation testing in hamlets 12, Mau Don, My Ha (Hung Loc commune), hamlet 24 (Nghi Phu commune) and block 3 (Ben Thuy ward)... Previously, the Health sector and Vinh City had conducted large-scale testing in Trung Hoa, Yen Hoa, Yen Son blocks (Ha Huy Tap ward) and hamlets Tien Loc, Phuc Loc (Hung Loc commune).
