Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep - Deputy Secretary of Nghi Phu commune Youth Union said: "In the past few days, we have mobilized all Youth Union members to coordinate with hamlet leaders in 22 hamlets in the area to post signs, each hamlet has an average of 3-5 houses with people in quarantine, large hamlets have 6-7 houses.
