Vinh City will test the walking street before Lunar New Year 2021

Currently, Vinh City walking street has basically completed the main items such as renovating the sidewalks of Ho Tung Mau and Nguyen Van Cu streets, replacing trees, upgrading Nguyen Tai street and alley 2 of Nguyen Trung Ngan street, installing free wifi system, installing decorative lighting system...

Households wishing to register for business on the walking street have also been instructed to register at the People's Committee of Truong Thi Ward.

Currently, the last two items under construction are the art flower garden and the fountain, expected to be completed before December 20th of the lunar calendar. After completing these two items, Vinh City will conduct a test run.

Previously, Vinh City officially selected 4 routes to make a walking street, including: Ho Tung Mau Street (section from Nai Bridge to the starting point of Nguyen Trung Ngan Street); Nguyen Van Cu Street (starting point intersecting with Ho Tung Mau Street, ending point intersecting with Le Hong Phong Street); Nguyen Trung Ngan Street connecting with alley 2 of Nguyen Trung Ngan Street, ending point intersecting with Nguyen Van Cu Street and Nguyen Tai Street./.
