Vinh City to build 44 land exploitation planning areas in 2021
(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the Resolution of the City People's Council on assigning the 2021 budget revenue and expenditure estimates, since the beginning of the year, Vinh City People's Committee has directed the construction of 44 planning areas, equivalent to 2,303 land lots to put up for auction of land use rights.
According to the CenterLand exploitationVinh City said: Although the Covid-19 epidemic delayed the land auction plan by 1 month, by the end of July, the city had auctioned 145 lots in 22 planning areas, with the budget payment of 341.76 billion VND.

Some localities and units have prepared well plans and invested in infrastructure, so the auction results have completed the proposed progress, such as the Land Fund Exploitation Center, Vinh Investment and Construction Project Management Board, and the wards of Quan Bau, Nghi Phu, Dong Vinh, Hung Dung, Nghi An, and Hung Hoa.

From now until the end of the year, the plan to auction to exploit revenue from land funds is still quite large, therefore, along with directing localities to actively prepare legal documents and build infrastructure to auction the remaining land lots according to the plan, Vinh City is directing units, wards and communes to prepare to build 12 planning areas to divide residential land plots equivalent to 1,237 plots expected from the beginning of 2021 to include in the Land Use Plan and prepare revenue for 2022.

In Nghi An, one of the communes with the largest amount of exploited land in the city in 2021, Mr. Chu Van Mai - Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune said: Compared to previous years, this year the commune has given out the amount of landauctionto exploit a record of 180 lots/2.9 ha.
However, because most of the land fund has been allocated to the people according to Decree 64/CP and at this time the land price is high, the recovery and compensation work has encountered many difficulties and obstacles; in the condition that there is no budget, the commune has to advance compensation costs for site clearance and infrastructure investment... Thanks to the efforts and synchronous coordination with the City Land Fund Exploitation Center, the commune is hoping to soon complete the auction procedures according to the proposed plan.
