Presenting the national Ly Tu Trong award to female cadres of Nghe An Youth Union

Previously, on March 2, 2020, the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union issued Decision No. 58 - QĐKT/TWĐTN-VP on awarding Certificates of Merit of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union to 82 outstanding Youth Union officials nationwide who won the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2020.

Accordingly, the only female Youth Union official representing Nghe An to be honored to receive this award is Cao Thi Hang - Member of the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee, Secretary of the Hung Nguyen District Youth Union.

Recently, Cao Thi Hang has been known as one of the outstanding factors of Nghe An youth when she has left many important marks in the work of the Youth Union of the whole province. During 7 years working at Hung Nguyen District Youth Union, Cao Thi Hang has worked withExecutive Committee members develop many programs and tasks to improve the quality of Youth Union activities and youth movements in the locality.

Notably, the youth union movement has left its mark of initiative and volunteerism with 115 grassroots youth projects and more than 800 youth projects and tasks at the branch level effectively implemented. At the same time, Hang has been the one who has advised and directed more than 10 district-level youth projects; upgraded and repaired 25 playgrounds for children; established Social Security Clubs and implemented many tasks in the local new rural construction.

With these achievements, in 2019, Cao Thi Hang was honored to receive the Provincial Youth Union's commendation at the Ly Tu Trong Award Ceremony at the provincial level. In 2020, Hang was awarded the Ly Tu Trong Award at the national level by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Authorized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union organized a ceremony to present the Certificate of Merit, logo, and certificate of the Central Committee of the Youth Union to comrade Cao Thi Hang this afternoon.
