Nghe An: Arrested a subject transporting 50,000 synthetic drug pills and 6 kg of crystal meth
(Baonghean.vn) - The subject was on his way to transport a large quantity of drugs across the border from Laos to Nghe An - Vietnam for consumption when he was discovered and arrested by the Border Guard force on the afternoon of December 27.
Previously, at 1:15 p.m. on December 27, in the border belt area of Muong Phu village, Thong Thu commune, Que Phong district, Nghe An province. The Northern Drug and Crime Prevention Task Force under the Drug and Crime Prevention Department of the Border Guard Command, in coordination with the Drug and Crime Prevention Department, Nghe An Border Guard and Thong Thu Border Guard Station, discovered and caught Tho No Bi red-handed while illegally transporting drugs.

Subject Tho No Bi (born in 1982), residing in Pa Khom village, Vieng Phan village cluster, Sam To district, Hua Phan province (Laos) was illegally transporting drugs. Evidence seized at the scene was 50,000 synthetic drug pills, 06kg of crystal meth, 1 mobile phone.
With outstanding achievements, Que Phong district leaders warmly praised and awarded certificates of merit and a reward of 10 million VND to officers and soldiers of Thong Thu Border Post.
