Accordingly, at around 3:00 p.m. on November 5, 2018, a working group of the Public Order and Mobile Police, Vinh City Police, was on duty in the area of Mai Hac De Street, Vinh City, when they discovered a young man driving a vehicle violating road traffic laws, so they signaled him to stop the vehicle for an administrative check. Upon inspection, they discovered that the vehicle's license plate was not issued by a competent authority, so the working group proceeded to draw up a record to temporarily detain the vehicle.
After verifying the chassis and engine numbers at the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police, the above vehicle belongs to Mr. Hoang Ngoc Toan. It is known that Mr. Toan lost his Air Blade 7 years ago when it was stolen. After the incident, he went to the Hoang Van Thu Ward Police to report the incident.
After completing the relevant procedures, representatives of the Order and Mobile Police Team (Vinh City Police) proceeded to return the vehicle to the representative of Mr. Toan's family.
