Upon inspection, they discovered that the vehicle's license plate was not issued by a competent authority, so the working group proceeded to draw up a record to temporarily detain the vehicle.

After verifying the chassis and engine numbers at the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police, the above vehicle belongs to Mr. Hoang Ngoc Toan. It is known that Mr. Toan lost his Air Blade 7 years ago when it was stolen. After the incident, he went to the Hoang Van Thu Ward Police to report the incident.

After completing the relevant procedures, representatives of the Order and Mobile Police Team (Vinh City Police) proceeded to return the vehicle to the representative of Mr. Toan's family.
