(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 8, the People's Committee of Thai Hoa Town held a conference to review the work of National Defense and Security in 2015 and deploy tasks for 2016.

In 2015, the police force of Thai Hoa Town established and broke 2 special projects, investigated and clarified 50/56 criminal cases, arrested and prosecuted 115 subjects. Destroyed 3 drug retail points; arrested and prosecuted 37 cases, 43 subjects for illegal drug trading, storage, and use; 73 cases, 289 subjects for gambling...

The Town Military Command organized 12 training classes for subject 4 with 1,570 participants; trained 314 military and police comrades; trained 983 militia and self-defense forces and 10 live-fire units.

During the year, there were no hot spots or mass complaints. The police and military forces coordinated with other sectors to do a good job of clearing the land for upgrading projects and implementing the national program on new rural construction.
