Previously, Vinh City issued Official Letter No. 38 inviting organizations, individuals, and artists to participate in cultural, sports, and entertainment activities on the walking street. Registration types include music, dancing, circus, magic, shuttlecock kicking, folk dancing, folk games, stilt walking, painting, traditional musical instruments, etc. Registration documents are sent to the Vinh City Center for Culture, Sports, and Communications.
