Just released from prison for "Theft of property" and continued to commit crimes many times
(Baonghean.vn) - Having been to prison twice for "Theft of property", Thai Van Trieu continued to steal motorbikes from two women in Do Luong district.
On the morning of August 29, the People's Court of Do Luong district tried defendant Thai Van Trieu (born 1995), residing in Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, for theft of property.

According to the case file, at about 11:40 a.m. on May 21, 2018, Thai Van Trieu took the bus alone from Yen Thanh district to Do Luong district with the purpose of stealing a motorbike. When arriving at Cong Tam auto garage in hamlet 07, Thinh Son commune, Do Luong district, Trieu discovered a SIRIUS brand motorbike belonging to Ms. Nguyen Thi L. with no one watching. Trieu used a homemade lock pick to quickly unlock it, got on the motorbike, started the engine and drove the stolen motorbike to Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district to sell.
At around 12:30 on May 25, 2018, Thai Van Trieu continued to take the bus alone from Yen Thanh district to Do Luong district to continue stealing motorbikes. When getting off the bus, Trieu went to Yen Phu hamlet, Yen Son commune, Do Luong district and saw Ms. Nguyen Thi H.'s Jupiter motorbike parked at the kiosk. Trieu immediately used a wrench to unlock the motorbike and took it to Yen Thanh district to sell.
It is known that defendant Thai Van Trieu has been tried twice by the Court for the crime of "Theft of property".
Based on the entire case file, the litigation process at the Court, and related details, the first instance panel of judges of Do Luong District People's Court sentenced Thai Van Trieu to 02 years in prison for the crime of "Theft of property".
