Carrying explosives from Nghia Dan to Quy Hop to sell for profit
(Baonghean.vn) - Taking advantage of the need of some people who needed a large source of explosives for mining, the subject collected explosives and resold them to people for profit.
On the night of August 24, in Cau Dinh area, Tam Hop commune (Quy Hop), the Environmental Police Department, Nghe An Police caught Nguyen Van Lan (born in 1966), residing in Nghia Thanh commune, Nghia Dan district, transporting explosives for sale. Initially, they seized 8 kg of industrial explosives, 68 electric detonators, more than 7 meters of slow-burning wire, 1 motorbike and some related evidence.

At the police station, the subject confessed that he bought explosives from Nghia Dan and brought them to Quy Hop to make a profit. To avoid being detected, Lan often chose rainy and windy times, at night, to deliver explosives to customers.
The case is currently under further investigation.
