3 young men stole a motorbike and "pawned" half a million dong
(Baonghean.vn) - The Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police said that on the afternoon of October 31, two thieves in the area came to the unit to confess their crimes.
According to the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police, the two subjects who came to submit a surrender application were: Luong Van Phon (born in 1996, residing in Huoi Thang village, Huoi Tu commune, Ky Son district) and Vi Van Kham (born in 1992, residing in Keo Luc 2 village, Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district).
According to the statements of the two subjects, on October 29, 2018, Phon and Kham stole a YAMAHA SIRIUS motorbike with license plate 37K1 – 05717 from a local resident. The two subjects then pawned the motorbike to an unknown man for 500,000 VND for personal use.

Previously, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police discovered Lin Pho Quy (born in 1988, residing in Huoi Cang 1 village, Bac Ly commune, Ky Son district) for stealing a motorbike from Mr. Denh Ba Dia, residing in Nhot Kho village, Bac Ly commune, Ky Son district, at the end of October 2018.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police has completed the file to bring the subjects to justice according to the provisions of law.
