More than 1.5 tons of smelly animal fat seized on passenger bus
(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:30 p.m. on July 30, on National Highway 1A, passing through Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town police (Nghe An) discovered and seized more than 1.5 tons of smelly animal fat on a passenger bus.
At the above time, the working group of Hoang Mai town police led by the Criminal, Economic and Drug Team stopped and inspected a passenger bus with license plate 30Z - 7156 driven by Tran Quoc Nghi, born in 1976, residing in Hiep Thanh ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, traveling from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon inspection, it was discovered that in the trunk of the car there were 20 barrels of animal fat weighing 1.5 tons of unknown origin that gave off a foul smell.
At the investigation agency, the driver confessed to transporting the above goods for sale in Ho Chi Minh City.
Currently, Hoang Mai town police are preparing documents to handle according to regulations.
