Implement well the grassroots democracy regulations

The Congress continued to discuss and contribute to the Political Report, Review Report, and draft Resolution of the 29th Hung Nguyen District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. Accordingly, opinions focused on solutions to improve the quality of political and ideological education for cadres, party members and people, especially union members and youth, on the aspiration to rise up and the will to overcome difficulties for development.

Along with ideological work, it is necessary to take care of people's mobilization work, well implement the grassroots democracy regulations and government mass mobilization work; strengthen security and order, create a stable environment to serve well the socio-economic development in the district.

Identify 3 breakthroughs

The Congress voted to pass the Resolution of the XXIX District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Accordingly, the general goals were determined: Take full advantage of opportunities and favorable conditions, proactively overcome difficulties; promote the construction of advanced and exemplary new rural areas, associated with effective implementation of structural transformation in agricultural production; make breakthroughs in the application of scientific and technological advances; actively attract investment; focus on developing industry, services, trade, and increasing budget revenue.

Improve the quality of cultural and social fields; strengthen environmental protection; maintain political stability, ensure national defense and security; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations, and the effectiveness and efficiency of governments at all levels. Strive for the district to be among the best in the province.

The Resolution identifies three breakthroughs:

- Rapidly build and develop infrastructure; strongly improve the investment environment, attract investment projects to exploit the potential advantages of the district, making great contributions to economic growth.

- Continue to build a streamlined, effective and efficient staff structure at all levels; improve the qualifications and professionalism of staff and civil servants at all levels. In conjunction with promoting administrative reform, directing the modernization of public administration and online public services from level 3 to level 4, implementing e-government towards digital government.

- Promote the application and transfer of scientific and technological advances, apply new achievements to the development of agricultural production. Resolutely implement the work of land conversion, land consolidation, land accumulation, attract high-tech and clean-tech agricultural production projects to the area; build product consumption facilities, form high-value linkage chains, thereby rapidly increasing the value of agricultural production.

After 2 working days, the 29th Congress of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term completed the program and proposed contents and closed the congress.

Introducing the Congress, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Hung Nguyen district, term XXIX, 2020 - 2025, promised the Congress and the entire Party Committee to promote the tradition of solidarity and collaboration, striving to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted by the Party Committee and the people.

The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Hung Nguyen district, term XXIX, 2020 - 2025, also requested the district's departments, offices, branches, party organizations, cadres and party members to promote the spirit of responsibility, join hands and hearts to concretize and successfully implement the Resolution of the 29th Party Congress.
