Vinh market flooded, traders immersed in black water to evacuate goods
(Baonghean.vn) - Heavy rain all day has caused severe flooding in Vinh city. Vinh market is deeply flooded. Currently, the provincial police force is focusing on helping people evacuate their goods.

| Upon receiving news that many kiosks at Vinh market were heavily flooded and people were unable to evacuate their goods, property, and vehicles in time, Vinh City Police mobilized more than 100 officers and soldiers to Vinh market to help people. Many areas were flooded up to half a person deep. |
