To promote Vietnam's industrialization and modernization, cooperation with Guangdong province is highly effective and plays a crucial role. Currently, Guangdong province's GDP is approximately US$1.9 trillion, accounting for 13% of China's GDP, and for over 40 years it has consistently had the highest growth rate in China.
Comrade Vu Viet Anh stated that Vietnam and China are close neighbors with many similarities in culture, society, and politics. Relations between Vietnam and China have been developing increasingly in many areas over the past period.

Vietnam considers China a top priority partner in its foreign policy. China considers Vietnam a very important priority in its neighborly diplomacy. Based on the conditions of each country, cooperation between Vietnam in general and its provinces and cities in particular with China is necessary and beneficial for both sides.
Consul General of Vietnam in Guangzhou, Vu Viet Anh, also shared some issues regarding investment attraction in Guangdong province and wished Nghe An province in general, and the delegation in particular, much success, contributing to building a stronger, wealthier, and more civilized Vietnam.

Next, the high-ranking delegation from Nghe An province visited the historical site of the headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association at house number 13 (now 248-250) Van Minh Street, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province - a place closely associated with the revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh from 1924 to 1927.
House number 13 served as the headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association, the predecessor organization of the Communist Party of Vietnam founded by Nguyen Ai Quoc, and published the newspaper Thanh Nien (Youth), the official organ of the Association. Here, Nguyen Ai Quoc opened three political training courses, training Vietnamese revolutionary cadres, totaling 75 people. He was directly in charge and served as the main lecturer.

In 1971, the People's Republic of China decided to preserve the house at 13 Wenming Street as a memorial site to President Ho Chi Minh, naming it "Headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association". The site is under the management of the Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum and has been classified as a National Historical and Cultural Monument of China.
In 2002, the Guangzhou city government invested in a comprehensive renovation of the historical site and inaugurated it on April 30, 2002, to commemorate the 112th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth.

Over the years, the Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum and the Guangzhou Cultural Bureau have preserved and promoted this historical site. The former headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association includes: classrooms, President Ho Chi Minh's room, student quarters, a kitchen, and an exhibition hall displaying documents about President Ho Chi Minh's activities in Guangzhou from 1924 to 1927.
The site is an important historical landmark for Vietnamese people to visit whenever they come to Guangzhou, a vivid testament to Nguyen Ai Quoc's years of active service in China, and also an embodiment of the friendship between the two Parties, two States, and the people of Vietnam and China.

During the program, the high-ranking delegation from Nghe An province laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate martyr Pham Hong Thai at the Hoang Hoa Cuong Martyrs' Cemetery in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, on the 100th anniversary of his death.
Here, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung and the delegation observed a minute of silence in remembrance of martyr Pham Hong Thai, expressing deep gratitude for his heroic sacrifice for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, and pledging to uphold the tradition of unity, revolution, and self-reliance to build Nghe An province into a rapidly and sustainably developing province.

Martyr Pham Hong Thai (born in 1895, from Hung Nhan commune, now Chau Nhan commune, Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province) was a patriotic Vietnamese soldier who died in Guangzhou on June 19, 1924.
At that time, Comrade Pham Hong Thai, along with the Tam Tam Society (the predecessor of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth League), organized the assassination of the notorious Governor-General of Indochina, Martial Merlin, while he was on duty in Guangzhou.

The assassination attempt failed, and Governor Merlin was only wounded. Being relentlessly pursued by the enemy, the martyr Pham Hong Thai threw himself into the Pearl River to commit suicide. This event resonated greatly in China and around the world, known as the "Sa Dien Bombing."
After the colonial authorities in the Sa Dien area recovered the body of Comrade Pham Hong Thai, the Guangzhou city government at the time requested permission to bury him. In 1925, the Government of the Republic of China moved his original burial place at the foot of Mount Baiyun to the present-day Huanghua Gang Cemetery.

In front of the tomb stands a large stele inscribed in Chinese characters, summarizing the heroic deeds of Comrade Pham Hong Thai. The tomb of Comrade Pham Hong Thai bears the inscription "Tomb of Martyr Pham Hong Thai" in both Vietnamese and Chinese. This place has become a significant landmark for Vietnamese people visiting Guangzhou to pay their respects.
