Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung visited economic models in Quy Chau district.

On the morning of June 12, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee led a working delegation of the province to visit and work in Quy Chau district.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung and the delegation visited the dairy farm of Mr. Nguyen Ba Ngoc in Ke Khoang village, Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau. This farm was established in 2018, with a total investment of more than 5.5 billion VND. After more than 2 years of operation, this farm has had 18 stable milking cows with an output of 350 kg/day. It is expected that from now until 2025, this farm will expand its farming scale to groups of households with 400-500 dairy cows.

Through the inspection, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung requested the People's Committee of Quy Chau district to pay attention, create favorable conditions, and have plans to support the expansion of production models towards effective and sustainable development. At the same time, pay attention to removing obstacles regarding power sources, loans and land funds for growing grass for livestock.

Next, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung visited Hoa Tien brocade craft village cooperative, combining community tourism in Chau Tien commune.

Here, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung highly appreciated the quality of brocade weaving products and the community tourism space. At the same time, he hoped that people would continue to try to apply techniques in production. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Tourism and the People's Committee of Quy Chau district to have a promotion plan to attract tourists to Hoa Tien craft village. But to do that, it is necessary to combine tourism with investment in chain production, along with reasonable food and accommodation services.

Also in the morning, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung visited the orange growing model in Khe Han village, Chau Hanh commune, Quy Chau district.

This is a model of growing Xa Doai oranges with golden hearts, V2 oranges and green-skinned grapefruits sponsored by the People's Committee of Quy Chau district. The total area of ​​fruit trees is 3.6 hectares, bringing in hundreds of millions of dong in revenue each year.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested Quy Chau district and related sectors to pay attention and create conditions for these models to be replicated in the area. From there, improve people's lives and promote the unique cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities.
