Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province attended the great solidarity festival in Con Cuong district

Attending the festival with cadres and people of Tong Chai village were comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Nguyen Dinh Hung - Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee; Vi Van Son - Chairman of Con Cuong District People's Committee.
Over 90 years of tradition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has always played a good role in gathering, building, consolidating and promoting the great national unity bloc, and successfully carried out many common tasks of the country and homeland in each revolutionary period.
Along with the establishment and development of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Fatherland Front of Nghe An province in general and the Fatherland Front at all levels in Con Cuong district in particular have always innovated and been creative in their activities, gathering all people in the bloc.unitethe whole nation, contributing to building Nghe An and Con Cuong homeland to develop more and more.

For Tong Chai village, Chi Khe commune, promoting the spirit of national solidarity, recently, 180 households of 5 ethnic groups Kinh, Thai, Dan Lai, Muong, Tay in the village have united and unanimously built a new life.
Notably, the ethnic minorities in the village have united and helped each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. Currently, the average income per capita in the village has reached more than 36 million VND/year; the poverty rate is only 4.44%.

Besides economic development, Tong Chai village is home to many ethnic groups. Preserving and promoting the cultural identities of ethnic groups is of interest, creating a rich, unique culture imbued with national identity.
In Tong Chai village, the movement to build “families of studiousness” and “families of studiousness” has been developed and expanded. In 2020 alone, the Vi Cam family in the village was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial People’s Committee for being “families of studiousness”. Speaking at the celebration and great solidarity day, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee praised the spirit of solidarity, unanimity, synergy and self-awareness of the people in Tong Chai village in implementing the policies of the Party cell, executive committee and the Village Front Working Committee.
Affirming that during his lifetime, Uncle Ho always had affection, concern and care for ethnic minorities and that his ideology has always been the "guiding principle" in the ethnic policy work of the Party and the State at all levels in recent times; the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee expressed his hope that all levels in Con Cuong district need to continue to promote the role of village elders, heads of committees, and prestigious people among ethnic minorities in the patriotic emulation movement.

Particularly for Tong Chai village, cadres and people of all walks of life continue to make greater efforts and determination to build a beautiful new rural village, an advanced rural village, a rich rural village, and a model rural village.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented 20 gifts to poor households and households in special circumstances; presented solidarity houses to poor households; and presented gifts of gratitude to cadres working for the Front in Con Cuong district.
