(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon and night of February 3, Pho Mon Pagoda organized a special charity program, giving gifts to war invalids and homeless people in Vinh city on the eve of Tet.

In the joyful atmosphere welcoming the new year of the Pig, monks, nuns and Buddhists of Pho Mon Pagoda made a year-end charity gift-giving trip. On this occasion, the pagoda gave 45 gifts including warm clothes, banh chung, instant noodles, etc., of which 30 were given to people in the Nghe An Mental Health Center for War Invalids and 15 to homeless people in Vinh City.

This is the last charity trip of Pho Mon Pagoda in the year of Mau Tuat to share and encourage war invalids and those living in poverty and illness before the new year, hoping they will have a warmer Tet.
